we are back again this week checking in with Olli as he competes at the Australian Nationals 1500m. he crushed his heat and will be competing in the final about 12 hours after this episode airs. this is a huge race for him and can secure him qualification for world champs and the comm games, so be sure to wish him luck!

here in boulder we are still getting back at it after struggling with covid, so not too much is going on.
