sooo we had a lot to talk about this week with a couple of amazing guests.

we start be shouting out our boy George as he prepares to travel to Boston this week to compete in the BAA 5km on Saturday morning.

we then move into the biggest news this week which was the departure of Gabriela Stafford from Bowerman and more specifically the reasons behind this move. there is quite a bit to un-pack here as the move adds another chapter to this ongoing story.

we spend the remainder of the show chatting it up with New Gen boys about what they are doing in this sport and their views on how to make it better.
