this week we are very excited to bring you a special episode from down on Franklin Field at the Penn Relays!

we start off by giving our final comments on the Oregon Relays and the attempt on the 4xmile world record last week - before diving into all the info surrounding our attempt at it!!

we then spend quite a bit of time on memory lane, going through our previous experiences at Penn Relays & at Wisconsin with Olin.

it was very cool to be able to have Olin on the show - he is a very close friend who is absolutely crushing it right now.
