Boris Johnson's in Charge, Maria Bailey's Punishment, End of Dáil Review

The front pages are dominated by two stories today: Boris Johnson’s Tory leadership and Fine Gael TD Maria Bailey’s punishment for her claim against Dublin’s Dean Hotel for falling off a swing.
