51. Don't Follow Your Heart!

This might be a bit of unpopular advice, but don't follow your heart or trust your gut! Okay, so maybe trusting your gut is not always a bad idea, but I talk in this episode about why our default when making decisions should not be to follow our hearts! I share several alternatives to this response and reasons I think that we are better off not defaulting to trusting our own desires and feelings to lead us. Let me know what you think!
