In 1986, a road trip turns deadly when four individuals are involved in the armed robbery and murder of a motel desk clerk, Melissa "Missy" Hill and security guard Troy Dale Valentine, in the tourist town of Gatlinburg, TN. Tattoo Eddie Harris and accomplice Joseph Demodica along with their companions led police on a murder investigation that would last for more than a year.
