Kadunce Killings

In the summer of 1978, a mother and her four year old daughter are brutally slain inside their New Castle, Pennsylvania home. Without a weapon or motive, the case goes cold. An anonymous tip leads investigators to a carnival side show performer, Satanist and man known as the Witch of Highland Avenue who may have a sexual relationship with the victim's husband.
