The Captain has been saved, but there are others on the Children of Maesaris's list of sacrifices, and the whole town is trapped in a mysterious bubble. Bill follows the only lead he has, but finds himself in trouble again as he tries to rescue Jamie Wilson, a self-proclaimed mystic and the next victim on the Children's list.
