One of Matt's dearest and oldest friends and brilliant learning and behavior specialist, Sarah Mobley, joins us on the podcast with the results of a brain assessment test she had us take recently!

The results are fascinating, both in the test's findings and Sarah's take on how to improve our lowest ADHD-affected scores! Suggestions include starting a dance troupe, driving without GPS, and, thankfully! playing more RPGs.
