A Lust for Life is a mental health charity on a mission to educate and empower the children and young people of Ireland through early prevention mental health programmes, content and advocacy.

We also support the adults in our children and young people’s lives - parents, teachers, guardians, and friends - by giving them the tools they need to be that “one good adult” in a child’s life.
