At one point or another, we all struggle with our body image. Tinx shares her thoughts on the prison women are stuck in to look their thinnest – whether that’s from societal pressures, a desire to look the way we once did, or from what we see on social media. Just know, whether it’s in your day to day life, stressing over looking good in a bathing suit on vacation, or just being mad at yourself for everything you ate while on vacation, your body is the least interesting thing about you. Self-acceptance is possible, and it starts with being kind to yourself, so treat yourself the way you treat the other women in your life that you love.
