On today’s show, Jim and Matt are joined by Serra-Longo trained UFC bantamweight Merab Dvalishvili and veteran flyweight Tim Elliott!

Moments before Merab Dvalishvili hops on the show, Matt shows Jim another side of Merab’s sense of humor by pulling up a hilarious video montage from the bantamweight’s Instagram account.

With just over a month until the UFC 298 co-main event sees Merab Dvalishvili take on Henry Cejudo, Merab fills the guys in on his preparation and whether he finds a difference in fighting Cejudo over three or five rounds.

Shortly after Merab leaves, flyweight Tim Elliott joins the show to discuss his mindset coming off a short-notice submission win over Sumudaerji in the first round at the beginning of December.
