Chelsea & Everton Claim Narrow Wins In The Carabao Cup, Whilst Rangers Fail To Qualify For The Champions League Group Stages

Another night of Carabao Cup action saw Chelsea and Everton scrape past AFC Wimbledon and Doncaster respectively to progress to round 3 of the Competition. Chelsea will now face Brighton, whilst Everton face a trip to Villa Park. Elsewhere Jamie O'Hara and Dean Saunders react to Rangers' heavy defeat against PSV Eindhoven which saw them fail to qualify for the Champions League group stages.
