The man with the dull eyes, also known as the Danilovsky Maniac is a Russian serial killer that terrorised the Cherepovets area of Russia between 2004 and 2007. In total, he has been officially linked to 7 victims but Russian authorities are left wondering how many more is he responsible for and most importantly, who is he?
