"I found as a child I was very into the natural world, how it ticked and how people ticked, how you could affect them and their behaviour by your own action or inaction.

By my mid-teens I had decided that I wanted to be a teacher, as saw this, in my limited experience then, as one of the best ways to achieve, on a large scale, the development and growth of people.

I had already been introduced to a large number of spiritual concepts in the early 90’s New Age movement, which inspired me to start Qigong and gave me the impression that there was more to approaching life and the world than meets the eye."
