Tupac Shakur Murder Suspect Duane ‘Keefe D’ Davis Wants to Be Released From Jail

The man accused of ordering the murder of rapper Tupac Shakur in 1996 is asking a judge to let him out of jail as he awaits trial. Attorneys for Duane "Keefe D" Davis say he's in poor health, knew he was going to be indicted and didn't run.
