This week Caroline joins us from the breathtakingly beautiful medical health resort Vivamayr, as she takes much needed time out after a busy year and extremely busy few months following her wedding to Sergio, her house move, the purchase of her new home and an intensive period of IVF; it’s now time to reset, restore and revive.
