Fuck the media. The media is a toxic force manipulating our minds with every headline, social media is not exempt. The media is easily tearing us apart, one by one, or are they? While it is easy to blame the media and Donald Trump for the chaos and separation we are seeing in America, these are not the true sources of harm. If we truly want to heal our nation we should not look to a president to fix our culture. The problem of our culture in America is ourselves. If we know the media is garbage, a toxic mess of poison, why do we keep digesting it’s eroding content? If we know about the lies why do we keep looking to get played? What rewards do we get from getting doped up on media content? These are answers we must search for in ourselves if we want to heal the country and move toward true unity. All healing starts with the individual.
