How to stop overthinking and start doing - with Oleksandra Gipsh

Overthinking is simply what its name suggests – thinking too much. Overthinking is going over the same thought again and again, analyzing the simplest of situations or events until all sense of proportion has gone. The overthinking brain cannot translate these thoughts into actions or positive outcomes, so therefore creates feelings of stress and anxiety. In this episode, I sit down with the one and only Oleksandra - COO of App-trust & Co-Founder of The Eatinerant to discuss what causes overthinking and how not only to stop but also start doing the things that you desire. Ola went through a burn-out and career crisis at the age of 25, however, at the age of 29, she has built multiple successful businesses. From lot of overthinking with anxiety, Ola will reveal her ways of working through it. We hope this episode will give you a baby step and little push to end the cycle of overthinking
