Vivian Kessler, President, Search Innovations

Vivian Kessler founded Search Innovations in 1995. She leads the overall execution of the firm’s searches, from inception to close. Her expertise in executive searches was first cultivated during her tenure as a vice-president at a retained boutique search firm, The Beam Group, in Philadelphia. Prior to joining Beam, Vivian was an attorney representing corporations in mergers and acquisitions. She is active in local politics and is an amateur watercolorist.
