A Keynote: CUNY City College

This keynote I gave at CUNY City College this past week was one for the books. I absolutely loved talking to these kids especially because I feel like I relate to them so closely because our upbringings were similar. My family and I were immigrants and nothing came easy. To all of you young entrepreneurs, the key is PATIENCE. It took me 20 years to build VaynerMedia. All the work that put me in a position to start the business didn't come easy and it took real time and effort.
