Having overcome decades of addiction, with a land mine of rock-bottoms, her healing through a lifetime of trauma is inspiring others with resilience, strength and hope. And just when she thought it was smooth sailing, her husband comes out as transgender. Nothing forced Allison to surrender her will like the heartbreak of the expectations of her partner not being met.
