As a marathon runner, race announcer, YouTuber, podcast host, and RRCA - certified run coach, India Cook has a lot to say about being seen in the running industry. This week, we welcome India Cook to share her experience as a Black woman in this space, how she got to where she is today, and her effort to get more women of color coaching.

While India started her running career as a feat to lose weight, she shares how important it is for that "why" to continually change.
