Former FDA Commissioner Dr. Scott Gottlieb discusses the likelihood of a resurgence, and encourages the U.S. to consider following the British “Recovery” approach to moving past the Covid-19 pandemic. White House National Economic Council Director Larry Kudlow does not expect a second wave of the virus, and considers the steps taken in the U.S. to manage the spread. He, President Trump, and Vice President Pence are not intending to shut down the national economy, despite hot spots across the country.
