Plus, in light of today’s Covid-19 crisis, President Joe Biden has outlined a broad plan to increase Covid vaccination rates in the U.S. He announced a mandate that federal employees get a Covid vaccine, with no option for regular testing, and for health-care facilities that get Medicare and Medicaid funding to have staff fully vaccinated.
