CNBC’s Brian Sullivan reports on the OPEC+ decision not to change oil production targets and the EU’s price cap on Russian oil. Chinese cities are signaling a slight easing in Covid policy. Local state media reports some people who tested positive for Covid-19 in Beijing might now be allowed to quarantine at home instead of being sent to a centralized facility.
