The Labor Department released its latest employment data, revealing 187,000 new jobs added to the U.S. economy in August. CNBC reporters Rick Santelli and Steve Liesman discuss whether the unemployment rate, which ticked up to 3.8%, will inform the Federal Reserve’s monetary policy moving forward.
