Do you recall any moments in your life where you felt a part of yourself die? Have you continuously rejected, denied or disowned a part of yourself? Do you remember turning your back on something that you knew to be true but didn't have the courage to honour it? Do you know what it feels like to betray yourself - your soul, your spirit, your integrity, your truth?

Today, I'm sharing a personal story on when I closed the door on my authentic sexuality, the consquences of making that choice and what happened when I finally honoured my truth.
