Lucy Ugarte is a life long San Diego resident...She has been an educator in the Southbay for over 2 decades. As a teacher in the SUHSD, Lucy has served as union site representative, political action committee member, grievance team member, where she is currently the Organizing Chair... all while raising 4 children.
