We all make mistakes. I may be in the process of making one now. However, is the focus on mistakes or on progress?

Sometimes we find ourselves in a season of "Opps." Everything we try and attempt seems to just fall short. These are the times it becomes hard to push through and double down on your goals and dreams.

Andrej Suttles of Suttlesolution and I sat down twice to discuss this topic. Ironically enough, the first time we got together for the episode, WE NEVER HIT RECORD!

It was a set back that hit us both hard. The good news is this happened with someone comfortable and not a high profile guest. After letting it settle for a few hours, Andrej and I let it go and sat down to capture the topic again.

We learn from our mistakes. We grow along the way. Finally, we work on ourselves to get better. That's how we get through the hard times.

Your perspective of your struggle just might be holding you back.

Look at the season of "Opps" as an opportunity to grow and get better. At least that's how Andrej and I get through it.
