Scarlett O'Connor was forced into being a fighter from childhood. Raised by a narcissistic mom and a mentally ill alcoholic dad, thrown out at 12, became a mom at 16, assaulted by an officer, and many more adversities along the way. But before she could think of giving up, her body surrendered from too much exhaustion. She got into a car accident and ended up in a coma.
