Diversity and inclusion has been gathering momentum as a key consideration for financial institutions over the past few years and even more so now the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") recently published its highly anticipated Policy Statement on Diversity and Inclusion requirements for Boards and Executive Management, following a Consultation Period which closed in October 2021.
