On today's listener story, I interviewed Elaina who was a former coaching client of mine! I got to see her at the height of her heartbreak, and now how far she's come. Elaina is 32 years old, from Brooklyn, New York and she shares her story about how she was in a situationship for a year that ended up evolving into a relationship and how it finally ended when they realized it wasn't going to go anywhere. We dive further into the shock and anxiety that can evolve when you're in a relationship with someone who can't commit, and how she was able to make sense of it all without personalizing it. I am such a big fan of Elaina, and she does such a great job of opening up about how she worked through this heartbreak, and know this episode will be so helpful for our listeners.
