EP224 - Dealing with a rough patch

A useful tip I recommend to use when you hit a through a rough patch in your marriage is to write down the reasons you love your husband, make a list of all the positives about him from bigs things to the little things that mean so much to you. Also, write down why you chose to submit to your husband. Then the next time you hit a rough patch sit down with a coffee and read the list to remind yourself why you are so lucky. There are always going to be rough patches in any marriage what matters is how you work through them together.
