Eirik Skarholt.

Eirik uvikler ledere.

Hurra!

Bridging generational gaps, holding disagreement with curiosity, workplace culture and authentic communication. Episode 119,

In this conversation, Therese explores the importance of authentic communication and the challenges of connecting with others in both personal and professional settings. She emphasizes the need to embrace our humanity, especially in business, and the significance of understanding generational differences. She also delves into the difficulties of disagreement and the necessity of cultivating curiosity and connection to bridge divides. Ultimately, Therese advocates for a journey towards authenticity and the power of being present with ourselves and others.   "What makes us actually thrive at our jobs?" "Can we create a safe place for the youth and the elderly?" "We are creating polarization."   Authenticity in communication captures attention and fosters connection. Disconnection often arises from the pressure to perform rather than be genuine. Embracing our humanity is essential for thriving in business environments. Generational gaps can lead to misunderstandings; curiosity is key to bridging them. Disagreement can be a source of growth if approached with openness. Curiosity about others' perspectives can lead to deeper connections. Creating safe spaces for dialogue is crucial for understanding and collaboration. The need for mastery in the workplace is tied to employee satisfaction. We must learn to listen and engage with those we disagree with. Finding common ground requires vulnerability and a willingness to connect.     An episode on: authentic communication, humanity in business, generational gaps, disagreement, curiosity, connection, common ground, authenticity, emotional intelligence & workplace culture.

Me and Miwa Line Løtveit digs into the levels of self expression and there, straight on, we fuck up our audio and I am sent into a trigger of fear of failure.  So, on live podcast, we dive into the rhelm of the triggered landscape.  How is that, how to meet ourselves and the world in that situation and how to move past what is keeping us from doing what we want and showing up as we truly are.  Miwa has herself gone deep into the world of self expression and facilitate dance, breathwork, drawing, tantric and similar kinds of workshops.  She, as me, comes from a totally normal job, education and life. Miwa part 1. Cut the bullshit, go for what we want. When scared, daring to self express with honesty, curiosity and space. Episode 113

In part one of our conversation me and Miwa Line Løtveit digs into the levels of self expression.    Aliveness.  Being true to yourself.  Being aligned in truth.  How to engage with people we are attracted to.  Grounded in our truth.  Magnetize the people who are attracted by us.  Ressonating energy.  Our intuition knows.  Not performing and pretending to be something we are not. What is really honest.  What is going on on the inside. The feeling of losing control.  Getting paralyzed by failure.  Feeling blank in situations where we really want to perform.  Taking up space.  Going after what we want.  Feeling into the triggers and fears and cutting the bullshit, doing even when it¨s scary.  Standing in our power when we put someone on a pedestal.  Talking to and relaxing around people we are intimidated by.  RBDSM-AT talks. Cutting the mystery. Taking away the drama and fun.  Changing how we look at sexuality. Anders Wilmann 2. Sårbarhet, sex, relasjoner, sunn maskulinitet, skyggesider, offer rollen, mannfolk, følelser, mannsarbeid og mer. Episode 112
