Robert Rudy Salinas, a forty-four-year-old Copy Machine Technician and married man with children, started chatting with a decoy who posed as a thirteen-year-old-girl. Robert asked the decoy if he can perform oral sex on her and asked if she masturbated. He mentioned that he could be in a lot of trouble for having sex with a minor.
