[Explicit Content] Rachel Bitecofer is one of my favorite political scientists, data crunchers, and election forecasters. You might be familiar with her work for the Naskanen Center or you might’ve seen Rachel on a recent episode of Real Time with Bill Maher, as well as The Last Word with Lawrence O'Donnell.
