If you haven’t heard about Poorna, she’s a force to be reckoned with. She’s the former Executive Editor of HuffPost UK, and the author of 2 incredible books, documenting her journey in the aftermath of devastatingly loosing her husband, Rob, to suicide. She’s back with a new novel, Stronger, all about the mental and physical strength within women.

We talk all about her childhood between the UK and India and the delicious Indian food her mother would cook, we delve into the worrying topic of ‘Diet Culture’ and we realise we both love Honey & Co restaurant. But most importantly… is her favourite crisps. You’ll just have to listen to find out!
