I found out my ex got married this weekend via an Instagram story. Gotta love the gram. It’s been almost 4 years and ultimately I’m so grateful for him and have so much love towards him and now his new wife, I was surprised that I had overwhelming emotions from so long ago, bubble up. I share this experience and a new concept that was created through this called “the grief bubble”.
