New police body cam video shows a frightening confrontation between a Fairfax county police officer and a suspect attempting to take the officer's gun. 55-year-old singer Celine Dion says she is trying to build back her strength as she struggles with what is called stiff-person syndrome. Dion says it is causing painful muscle spasms that affect her ability to walk and even sing.
