Now I feel dirty and guilty for ruining my husbands relationship with his buddy. separated guy seems low energy (almost depressive), living quite poorly (poor diet, cooped up inside) and does not want accept my help. It is weighing on me as his unhealthy lifestyle is drastically different from what i know. What else can i do to help him? I have already offered to help him eat better, to get exercise and to talk. comically controlling mother and grandmother call me nonstop despite me saying i cant talk and will drive me insane about it. dont respect my boundaries or my time and that makes me a bad son.
