1/27/26 - The Truth Behind America's Immigration Battle
On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, individuals should never arm themselves or interfere with federal law enforcement (particularly ICE) during protests aimed at obstructing arrests of illegal aliens, even those with criminal records, as such actions are criminal, dangerous, and not protected by the Second Amendment, free speech, or assembly rights. American citizens deserve safe communities protected by immigration enforcement, while sanctuary policies by states and cities unconstitutionally usurp federal plenary power over immigration, echoing Confederate nullification tactics and risking national disunity. The Democrat Party deliberately engineers massive illegal immigration through open borders, non-enforcement, census manipulation, and birthright citizenship to secure long-term political power, culminating in a strategy to weaken or eliminate ICE and prioritize party dominance over national interests, with some Republicans yielding to these pressures. Also, the Islamist issue is a major threat. There’s this emergence of segregated Islamist compounds and large communities strategically appearing across the U.S., particularly in Republican strongholds like Texas and Florida, funded by enormous sums of money and forming numerous footholds. There are already no-go areas in places like Dearborn, Michigan, mirroring trends in Europe and in France and England. Later, today is Holocaust Remembrance Day. On January 27, 1945, the Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camp was liberated. 6 million Jewish people were murdered during the Holocaust, and the ugly, insane hate for Jewish people is spreading like a metastasizing cancer throughout the world today -- including in our country. The Islamists, Marxists, and Neo-Fascists are openly and aggressively preaching death to the Jewish people and violently attacking Jewish people, egged on by, among others, podcasters, entertainers, foreign governments, billionaire dark money, and others. Unfortunately, the voices of Jew-hatred are loud and numerous and growing. It will take many more of us to counter what is taking place and pushback against this awful hatred. Afterward, if the Iranian regime is willing to kill 40,000 plus of its own people, do you think it's going to hesitate for a second to fire a nuclear weapon on the east coast of America? Is that a chance we want to take with our kids and your grandkids? Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

1/26/25 - Inside the Chaos: How Agitators Mobilize for Protest
On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, Democrats and the media create violent, riotous situations through their rhetoric and positions, leading to deaths for which they take no responsibility, instead they blame others like President Trump while ignoring organizers behind the unrest. This strategy is how they aim to win elections and the presidency, as they cannot win on the issues. There are organized far-left networks in Minnesota coordinating via encrypted chats, alerts, and databases to interfere with ICE operations, mobilizing agitators to obstruct arrests of criminal illegal immigrants, making enforcement extremely difficult amid non-cooperation from local/state officials and lack of media coverage. Also, tens of thousands of people slaughtered in Iran in a few weeks, and the slaughter goes on day after day, because they want to be free, and the world takes no action against a regime that is weaker than it has ever been. What have we become Meanwhile, over the past couple of weeks, the Saudis have attacked the UAE as infidels and Zionist stooges. At the same time, the Saudis have announced ties with Pakistan. They opposed the Israelis dealing with Yemen and the UAE supporting opposition to the Iranian-backed Houthis. They opposed Israel aligning with Somaliland. And they have built strong ties with Qatar and Turkey. They have lobbied us against attacking Iran -- joining with Qatar and Turkey. They've also made their conditions for joining the Abraham Accords so absurd as to make their membership impossible. Saudi Arabia has learned much from their previously hated enemy, but new friend, the Qatar terror regime. Later, Gordon Chang calls in to discuss significant but opaque developments in Communist China, particularly the reported arrest and investigation of General Zhang Youxia, the top uniformed military officer, along with another senior general. Amid conflicting rumors—including claims of a coup, gunfire involving Xi Jinping's bodyguards, and Zhang's possible release—little is definitively known due to the regime's secrecy. The Best Of Mark Levin - 1/24/26
This week on the Mark Levin Show, the situation in Iran is dire for the Iranian people. There's a holocaust taking place in Iran where the regime is brutally suppressing protests. The victims are primarily young people who simply want basic freedoms. Thousands are imprisoned, tortured, raped, summarily executed, or already dead with communications cut off. America needs to act decisively against this seventh century barbarian regime. Meanwhile, Tukey’s Erdogan is trying to wipe out the Kurds. As time goes on, the urgency and immediacy for helping the Iranian people lessens in the public mind and among the decision-makers. Already, the media are losing interest. This is very worrisome. Later, the Wall Street Journal’s accidental admission reveals that tariffs are not merely taxes but tools of foreign policy and diplomacy. The Constitution assigns Congress the power of the purse while granting the President plenary power over foreign policy and national security. Tariffs often intertwine these areas, making judicial intervention impractical and unwise, as courts would end up deciding case-by-case whether a tariff is more about national security or taxation, leading to endless litigation. Furthermore, the Islamo Nazi Iranian regime's leader Khamenei is executing protesters, even non-protesters on the streets. The media and politicians are growing bored of this and moving on from the issue despite the continuing atrocities. Economic pressure is insufficient, as Iran's economy is already nearly collapsed - Khamenei must be eliminated and sent to hell. Meanwhile, the Syrian leader is a mass murdering terrorist, not a reformer – he’s horrifically slaughtering the Kurds while ISIS roams free in Syria due to actions by Erdogan and others. Finally, a candidate has every right to challenge election results, as President Trump did in 2020. Any candidate may legally question an election, claim it was stolen, or pursue alternate slates of electors - none of these actions are criminal. Jack Smith’s criminal prosecution of Trump was a major assault on the Constitution and the Republic. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

1/23/26 - Immigration Under Fire: The Truth Behind Due Process Rights
On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, immigration proceedings are civil in nature, not criminal, and illegal aliens only have limited due process protections as established by congressional statutes and Supreme Court rulings. U.S. immigration laws explicitly restrict illegal aliens from raising certain arguments in federal courts, forbid judicial review of designated executive actions and confine jurisdiction over specific claims to particular federal courts. When federal courts exercise authority over claims that are barred, unreviewable, or jurisdictionally restricted under these statutes, they contravene federal law. In such instances, the Supreme Court should intervene as needed to reaffirm these boundaries. Also, Americanism is fundamentally incompatible with Islamism as it seeks to conquer and destroy the West, particularly the United States. The Democrat Party defends this ideology by opposing deportations and removals, allowing this cancer to spread. Instead of live and let live, Islamism demands conformity or death. If Democrats win the midterms, they will cripple President Trump's efforts to protect the nation, as they prioritize party power over the Constitution, welcoming Marxists and Islamists alike because they hate the country but love their authority. Later, the lies about ICE agents quickly get headlines from the media and when they try to set the record straight it goes to the back page. The newest one is that ICE detained a 5-year-old boy, which is a lie. ICE agents are patriotic, humane Americans who target serious criminals like killers and child predators, and Democrats seek to defund them. The Democrat Party hates hardworking, law-abiding American citizens. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

1/22/26 - The Truth About Jack Smith and Election Interference
On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, a candidate has every right to challenge election results, as President Trump did in 2020. Any candidate may legally question an election, claim it was stolen, or pursue alternate slates of electors - none of these actions are criminal. Jack Smith’s criminal prosecution of Trump was a major assault on the Constitution and the Republic. Also, this Iranian regime needs to be decisively defeated. They have been slaughtering for over a half a century. Iran’s Khamenei can be taken out without deploying U.S. ground troops. Later, Phelim McAleer calls in to discuss his new verbatim play – October 7. It is drawn directly from survivor testimonies of Israel’s darkest day and is set to be staged at the Kennedy Center in Washington, DC on January 28, 2026. Afterward, Mark Meckler, President of Convention of State, calls in to announce that the Kansas State legislature has become the 20th state to pass the Convention of States resolution. Finally, Josh Hammer calls in to express concern over Israel possibly being cut out of the Board of Peace and Gaza reconstruction. The idea of allowing Muslim Brotherhood-linked actors like Qatar and Turkey to influence in Gaza's redevelopment is self-defeating. Learn more about your ad choices. 1/21/26 - The Art of the Deal: Trump, Greenland, and Arctic Security
On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, the Islamo Nazi Iranian regime's leader Khamenei is executing protesters, even non-protesters on the streets. Also, NATO issued a statement following President Donald Trump's announcement of a framework deal on Greenland with NATO Secretary General Mark Root, which could involve the US gaining sovereignty over small pockets of land there for military bases. Trump aggressively moved the needle through his bold statements and negotiation tactics, sparking serious discussions that didn't exist. Later, Sen Bill Hagerty calls in and explains that Trump is keeping military action against Iran as a viable option by deploying two carrier strike groups to the region, demonstrating an impressive and unique show of American force. This is a powerful message to a regime that only respects strength. He also explains that the protests against ICE are highly contrived and coordinated. They are attempting to destabilize the country by repeating the George Floyd playbook ahead of the 2026 midterm elections. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

1/20/26 - Addressing the Crisis in Iran and Its Global Implications
On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, as time goes on, the urgency and immediacy for helping the Iranian people lessens in the public mind and among the decision-makers. Already, the media are losing interest. This is very worrisome. The revolution in Iran cannot succeed without the U.S. Also, it’s essential for U.S. national security to control Greenland. One idea would be to propose a 99-year lease of Greenland to the United States, granting military control, infrastructure development and access to Greenland's rare earth minerals in exchange for sharing benefits with Denmark and Greenlanders, with an automatic renewal option. This approach protects American interests logically and consistently. The Supreme Court needs to reverse the lower court, avoid ruling on constitutionality at this stage, and allow Congress and the President to handle such matters through their respective powers rather than ceding decisions to judges. Afterward, in Lee Carter's opinion piece, President Trump's approval ratings do not indicate failure but instead demonstrate his successful delivery on campaign promises in a divided America. Rather than softening his approach like typical presidents, Trump has remained a consistent disruptor which has led to stable numbers with no significant erosion of his base. These ratings reflect identity-driven polarization sorting the country rather than persuading it. The legacy media fixates on the low headline numbers while refusing to recognize this stability as proof of Trump's authenticity and the nation's discomfort with unfiltered promise-keeping. In addition, Michael Doran, Director of the Middle East center at the Hudson Institute, urges Trump to seize billions of dollars in Iranian assets hidden in Dubai-based financial institutions. These shadow banks enable Iran to evade U.S. sanctions and fund its regime. Freezing or seizing these offshore accounts would deliver a powerful blow to Tehran comparable to a military strike, but with far lower risk and escalation potential, making it a preferable non-military pressure tactic. Finally, Peter Schweizer calls in to discuss his new book - The Invisible Coup: How American Elites and Foreign Powers Use Immigration as a Weapon. Learn more about your ad choices. 1/19/26 - The Silent Holocaust: What’s Happening in Iran?
On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, the situation in Iran is dire for the Iranian people. Theres a holocaust taking place in Iran where the regime is brutally suppressing protests. The victims are primarily young people who simply want basic freedoms. Thousands are imprisoned, tortured, raped, summarily executed, or already dead with communications cut off. America needs to act decisively against this seventh century barbarian regime. Meanwhile, Turkey’s Erdogan is trying to wipe out the Kurds. Also, Qatar, Turkey, and Pakistan have been invited as Board of Peace members without Israel's prior knowledge. Benjamin Netanyahu firmly rejects allowing any of Qatar or Turkey’s soldiers into Gaza. We ought to listen to the only democracy in the Middle East, Israel, which has repeatedly warned against trusting figures like Ambassador Tom Barrack and Erdogan. Rather than pressuring Netanyahu, the U.S. should heed Israel's cautions based on its long regional experience. Later, the unrest in cities like Minneapolis is not driven by ordinary Americans with grievances, but by Marxists, Islamists, illegal aliens, shadowy billionaires funding and organizing it, and foreign entities such as Qatar, Iran, and Communist China providing financial support while using bots and propagandists on social media. This is the enemy within already present in the country. Afterward, Richard Goldberg, Senior Adviser Foundation for Defense of Democracies, calls in and describes the ongoing brutal repression in Iran, including nightly protests clashing with regime forces, mass arrests, secret nighttime executions, torture, forced televised confessions, and families left searching for disappeared loved ones, while the members of uprising remain alive. He is convinced President Trump will act decisively against the regime, viewing him as the first U.S. president since 1979 to fully grasp and confront Iran's decades-long war on America. Finally, Mark Goldfeder, CEO of the National Jewish Advocacy Center, criticizes New York Mayor Mamdani's early decision to reverse an executive order adopting the IHRA definition of antisemitism, which recognizes that certain forms of anti-Zionism can cross into antisemitism. This rollback is disturbing and signals a deliberate reduction in protections for Jewish people and reflecting Mamdani's worldview. Learn more about your ad choices.
