On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, President Biden has unconstitutionally invoked executive privilege over Special Counsel Robert Hur audio recordings in order to protect his image and deny the House of Representatives access. The full force of the Department of Justice is being used to prevent the House from accessing this information which could potentially lead to an impeachment. When it comes to the core functions of government the Framers of our Constitution would not recognize this government today because we barely live in a Constitutional Republic.
