Sean 'Diddy' Combs Faces New Sexual Assault Allegations in Latest Lawsuit

Sean "Diddy" Combs, the famous music mogul and entrepreneur, is facing fresh allegations of sexual misconduct in a new lawsuit filed in New York. The lawsuit, one of five brought forward in recent months, accuses Combs of sexually assaulting an unidentified man during a promotional party for his Ciroc vodka brand. Combs, who no longer has a business relationship with Ciroc, was hosting the event, which was attended by numerous high-profile guests.

The complaint alleges that during the party, the plaintiff—who owned a luxury car and jewelry rental business—was instructed by Combs to meet him in a private office. According to the filing, the plaintiff noticed that Combs appeared intoxicated when he entered the room. What transpired next is at the core of the lawsuit's claims.

The lawsuit states that Combs approached the plaintiff, exposed his genitals, and then grabbed the plaintiff's genitals through his pants in what is described as a “rough and sexual manner.” The situation reportedly escalated, but an unidentified professional athlete entered the room, effectively stopping the alleged assault before it could continue.

This lawsuit is one of several filed against Combs in the Southern District of New York, all part of a growing wave of allegations that have surfaced over the past year. The first major accusation came in November of the previous year when singer Cassie, Combs' ex-girlfriend, filed a lawsuit alleging sexual misconduct. Since then, more individuals have stepped forward with their own claims, painting a troubling picture of abuse and misconduct spanning years.

Among the five recent plaintiffs, one is a woman who alleges that Combs raped her in 2000 when she was just 13 years old. The lawsuits have been spearheaded by Tony Buzbee, a high-profile attorney known for handling major cases involving powerful figures. Buzbee announced earlier that he is representing more than 100 people accusing Combs of sexual misconduct.
