Our Cocktail of the week is the Trailer Happiness Daiquiri

INGREDIENTS

• 50 ml Don Q Cristal
• 25 ml lime juice
• 20 ml 1:1 sugar syrup

METHOD

• Add all ingredients to a shaker
• Add ice
• Shake vigorously
• Strain into a chilled coupette
