I always want a power nap on the beach, followed by 2 weeks of vacation, but when that's not readily available, NSDR does the trick for me!

There are many NSDR practices to choose from, on apps like Insight Timer, or on the website below! Below is a ten minute NSDR guided relaxation protocol by Dr. Andrew Huberman, the scientist who coined the term NSDR (non-sleep deep rest). So, enjoy the 15-minute guided relaxation in THIS episode, or the 10-minute protocol online! Either way, you'll feel great when you're done... like you're on a 2 week vacation :)
