Huh?! What has “BD” or “Business Development” got to do with Architecture? Ft. Tyler Suomala

If you've ever followed a Marketing expert for the Architecture Industry, you may hear some jargon and be thinking what on earth do some of these words and abbreviations mean...

A few serial offenders that should be thrown into the jargon jail that come to mind are CTA, KPI, PPC, ROI, SEO and BD.

Surely some of these must be useful and important if everyones' saying them right? So what is "BD" or "Business Development" and why is it essential to practising Architecture and building a business or your online profile?
