James ‘Mago’ Gately’s luxury Dublin home has been declared as ‘overwhelmingly’ the proceeds of crime in the High Court.

Gately, described as a key figure of the Hutch organised Crime Group, and his partner Charlene Lam lived an exotic lifestyle funded by criminal cash Judge Alex Owen’s said.
