Improved Pacific Division

With teams improving in the Pacific Division, the path to the playoffs will be more difficult for VGK. The Division improved overall in the offseason. Three teams that made, perhaps, the most improvements are Vancouver, Edmonton and Seattle. The Kings didn't make many solid moves, but should still be in contention.
