The Case of the Stolen Pad Thai

Rachel's seemingly simple life as a renter is turned upside down by David, her bizarre neighbor who lives in an efficiency unit behind her house. He steals her Pad Thai order, claiming he thought it was his burrito. This is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to David's strange behavior, as he also has groceries delivered to Rachel's porch while he's out of town and leaves his overflowing trash cans blocking her driveway. Fed up, Rachel retaliates with subtle acts of revenge, like hiding his packages and strategically placing a potted plant that David quickly turns into an ashtray. Their feud escalates with increasingly ridiculous antics until a glimmer of hope appears: a moving van outside of David's unit. Sadly, David isn't moving, but instead helping his equally obnoxious cousin move in. Faced with double the trouble, Rachel resorts to filing noise complaints and meticulously documenting their every infraction. Just when things seem to calm down, David offers a "peace offering" of a smashed burrito. To make matters worse, he and his cousin announce a neighborhood "party" that fills Rachel with dread.
